Home Trust is a federally regulated trust company offering residential and non-residential mortgage lending, securitization of residential mortgage products, consumer lending and credit card services. In addition, Home Trust and its wholly owned subsidiary, Home Bank offer deposits through brokers and financial planners, and through a direct-to-consumer brand, Oaken Financial. RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:"Going Concern" warnings are reg. requirements..Nothing new You're absolutely right and your analysis is spot on. People are getting excited over the EPS, etc however that is not what will drive the stock. It will be how they navigate through this mess they are in right now. I'm not a serial shorter but the HOOPP deal pissed me off and how these executives shrug it off like there's no conflict of interest here. I will short this for 10 years if that's what it takes for me to see it go to zero. Fortunately I don't think I'll be waiting that long.
