You really have to wonder what backroom deal was made between Invesco and ESW.

I doubt there was.
I think Lucas got played and he probably gave Invesco some reassurance that it would work.

Once that dotted line is signed the only words that counts are the ones on the document.
As I have said. Lucas might be a good engineer but turns out he was a lousy businessman.

I see in the last quarter that the percent of revenue from reoccuring business is still going up.
This still suggests that they are not finding new business. At least any new business is not bringing in the cash old business was.
NOT GOOD.
