RE:$105 K, what's the point?I keep thinking it is either 
A) month by month financing as they want as little dilution as possible and they feel a revenue stream is about to start any month now
OR
B) they like to let friends invest via the back door and will continue to keep the price down so that the share issues can  be priced low until everyone that wants in is done.

all my opinion of course, no proof or facts to back either situation.
