RE:RE:RE:HCG up up and away$ 25 is the book value

so if they sell of the loans they will get closer to 25 than your prediction of zero.

again the fraud allegations have been dealt with-  it is matter of the timing of the disclosure, the agents in question are not longer with the company, its two year old news.  
so even if the mortgages were sold at a discount, it will be cheaper than utlizing the lifeline.  
buy yes they are buying time to keep their profitable business afloat.
you  have every right to be skeptical but at least put out factual information.

and if the stock is worth 20 per share that is 10.50 more than it is  trading at today.

Seems like an opportunity no?
