The UN? Lol, um... well, my understanding is that new legislation goes through 3 rounds of "readings" and, with the Liberals being a majority government, the bill will undeniably pass. There may be some opposition, but it will not stop this particular piece of legislation from passing. This is especially true with opposition parties knowing very well that the majority of Canadians favor legalization.
