Cardero Resource Corp. has entered into a share purchase and sale agreement dated Jan. 23, 2017, with E.L.II Properties Trust for the sale of 1,330,701 common shares in the capital of Wealth Mineral Ltd. 

Pursuant to the agreement, the purchaser will pay aggregate consideration of $1,485,062.32 for the shares, representing a per-share purchase price of $1.116.
