"No" vote

My 2.5 million shares will be voting no. For the first time in almost a decade, all arrows are pointing in the right direction for WZR and management sells out just before creating substantial and real value. Crest knows that and saw a window to buy something that will be worth 2-3x the price in 6 months.

Disappointing.
