RE:RE:RE:RE:ValuationColorado took several years (2014) to get to 1 billion in sales with that 8 mill population you mentioned. 4.5 x the population here of 36 mill , so using your logic and Colorado as a model of comparison, $4.5 billion within 3 years after legalization occurs bringing us to 2021.
