Read the Sharon Wind Farm part where the partners are all in, sending there engineers to the location to help increase efficiencies, etc. These partners are "for real" and about making wise decisions to boost profitability.
The stock might have been down as someone might have been beating on the transmission outage in the area and was hoping to shake smaller, more nervous hands off of holding the stock. I am guessing almost no one (or no one) on this board knew about that.
With 99% approval for the board of directors, just one question, who is selling?
