I would think Integra on a regular course of business would release all drill results when complete and that includes Lamaque Deeps. Also some time in June they would be obligated to release the Sigma resource up date.

Integra can’t go out and solicit interest from another company but they deliver current news as it becomes available !

I am betting this offer is the first salvo / bid in order to draw out other bidders.

I thing we will see $1.50 at the end of the day. IMO
