RE: 2 billion

RE: 2 billionI'm not sure whether to be happy or scared about this. Maybe it's a coincidence that they're buying a craft beer company called "Wicked Weed", or maybe they feel that is a perfect way to brand something they have in mind for the future.

Once there is a concrete evidence that a major alcohol or tobacco company is interested in acquiring a licensed producer, there will be a frenzy. Anheuser-Busch can acquire WEED and APH tomorrow and it'll only cost them 8 billion dollars at the most. Considering they have a market cap of 202 billion dollars, it's not that bad.
