If you add up the other clues, the groundwork is laid, often far in advance of a simple industrial purchase. As an example, check out a small corporation like EIL that attended the China Canada meeting last September, and its plans for the China media entertainment market in Shanghai and the Canada China links on the Thirty Metre Telescope. Another EIL link was the formation of TGH (HongKong) which was a subsidiary of EIL before. When the groundwork is laid with a willing partner, all forms of benefits accrue.
