RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:wish opinions what will it take toThat is not what I am saying at all. I am saying these are Americans who will be throwing questions, hard pointed, technical questions, in English.....and they will demand quick, concise answers. I have been involved in 3 of these, listening Live. They can be brutal. I am telling you all this so hopefully someone who has Managements ears, will get across to them, not to take anything for granted, but to make sure they are as well prepared as they can be. Any hesitation in answering, whether it be due to English as a 2nd language, or the Interviewee not knowing his stuff, will not go over well. DO NOT turn this into anything racist, which you are already trying to do....I am serious that is would be a very bad idea to send someone in there who can't quickly comprehend questions and answer, IN THEIR TERMS! You are in their territory, on their turf. It is bad enough we are from another country, so don't add anything else to that, that could lessen our chances. It is imperative we get the AcCom right. There are no 2nd chances! Well, maybe, but it will be a couple years down the road. DO NOT take this AdCom lightly. My comments have nothing to do with Racism, so don't try to spin it. That is all I will say on this.
