RE:94% revenue increase vs 3% earning decrease.Just went through the conference call and financials again to see if I missed out anything and I think the TD analyst and people who sold out got this completely wrong. 

Mingzhu: Page 19 and also the Question and Answer session in the CC where the TD Analyst asks the same Qs about the run rate . . following is the info from management. 

Mangement increased dividend in March 2017 so they are probably looking for good things to happen in 2017. 



EBITDA would've increased by 4%, excluding the relevant one-time items. It's also helpful to remember that our strategy of converting sales to rentals had a short-term impact on EBITDA.
