RE:ELD First Offer - It's a low-ball

RE:ELD First Offer - It's a low-ballI'm just getting ready to post the same thing.....there's no way AEM is going to let Eldorado enter its home court, unchallenged. They pretty much "own" the district along the 117 corridor having various interests along the way. By grabbing Integra and all it has to offer, they can bookend that highway with LaRonde to the west and us here to the east, and begin to consolidate whats in between. Keeping in mind people and expertise is a highly valued asset, to have all those resources close by and knit together is a position most majors wold envy. So why would they let EGO in? Makes no sense.....I'll be looking for a counter offer....soon. Consider Integra in play.
