The Company has developed hardware models and several systems under the Xihe Platform, including a factory production test system, an after-sales data system, a computing server system and a batch management system.

I'm happy.

I will vote by proxy in favour of the transaction.
If the transaction does occur we will receive $0.30/share and .18188 shares of ELD for each share of ICG.
My best to all of you, I'll still watch this board but eventually may move over to the ELD board because I'll keep my ELD shares if the transaction takes place. I think things are getting better and looking positive for ELD for a number of reasons. GLTA
