If one knows the north he was probably presenting if funding doesnt come PGD will take eight years to build a road alone !!

I would suggest that PGD at worst will be on the hook for 20/25% of road expense which is a 50/75 million discount off the 95 million cost. dont forget TOMs reference on chidliak more or less being a brownfield now.....i assume this means DEBEERS has no other choice of a brownfield!
