there was a lot of momentum and expectations on the stock so.... MAYBE he offered the stock thinking somebody would jump the stock up to take him out.

but the fact that everything went to neutral right after the offering was posted makes me think we really need that PR now.

also the fact that he hit the bid at .135 yesterday for at leaast 200T makes me think he stot himself in the foot.
