RE:RE:Full Share Dilution & Market Cap

RE:RE:Full Share Dilution & Market CapO.K. It is currently 376 million shares. The company said "In addition to what has already been announced we are working to finalize another debt conversion including additional debt forgiveness which occurred in November, 2015 and which had been pending TSX approval since that time."

So some dilution will soon come based on a share price from November’s pending TSX approval just like the last one did.

BTW: I am not a shorter. I may be a buyer. But not at these current high prices. Maybe around .30 cents.

Let’s say with the upcoming dilution it puts total dilution at 400 million shares (Reverse split coming?).

That makes today’s market cap at $240 million.

Ignoring the fact that the company’s balance sheet actually shows negative net worth, with the upcoming revenue flows, is this company worth this at today’s share price?  It seems over valued.

At .30 cents, a market cap of $120 million seems more reasonable.

There is a lot of competition out there in the mobile fintech world. What if FGD loses market share or loses one of their partners?
