I wasn't speculating on the Concerned Shareholders they have enough on their plate.  
I would say by the activity that someone in an investigative Federal capacity would take notice of these continuing actions by a company that nolonger holds the best interests (to say the least) of it's majority of shareholders.  Who that may be from the Feds I do not know, but behaviors that raise the ire of the OSC should indeed bring these matters to the attention of other Regulatory/investigative authorities? Right?
