Why 1.2 when the AISC is below .80 for the 4 mines?

As far as I see it, when evaluating this plan, Trevali had two options.

They could continue operating the way they were, or they could go ahead with this acquisition.

If zinc stays around the $1.2 range, I expect the decision will end up being mostly neutral, maybe slightly positive, we'll see.

If zinc drops down, then I could see them getting into some trouble. On the other hand, if zinc goes up, I expect they'll end up being on the right side of this decision long-term.

Here's to hoping the zinc markets aren't too badly affected by the summer inventory buildup!
