I was thinking along the same lines, but it still seems strange:  One isn't generally forced to sell one's shares upon leaving a company.

And SEDI was updated today.  Robert King (Chairman of the BOD) also sold out.

Definitely seems like something is up. Given the small numbers I have to imagine these are forced sales to eliminate any economic interest.. but why?
