In addition, the Company is focused on new processing technologies for lithium through its collaboration with global multinational technology partners such as Tenova Advanced Technologies, at the process testing, engineering, and design stage on the Clayton Valley Project.

From when I spoke with Mintak about this back earlier 2016, he mentioned it's not exclusive to Pure but the way it's designed is it would be more feasible and economic to expand Pures facility vs build a whole new one. And he mentioned as well that "you won't be seeing many TB plants popping up in the Clayton valley"
