RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Interesting Solid post Monteviale! We both follow the same companies, and I agree with your statement. What I have heard is the first 250 000 sq ft completed in October 2017, while the remainder done in time for legalization (July 2018). A bit confusing yes, though there was an update just released in their financial statement. I think it just comes with inexperienced management, though everyone has their own opinion. As long as there are no delays in this schedule, I don't have any problem.

Monteviale wrote: I have been following both Aphria and Aurora.  It is much easier to follow Aphria's business plan than it is Aurora.  I agree with Berta that Aurora is all over the place.  They have never laid out a concrete vision of expansion and the various stages and the cost associated with each phase.  In compariso, Aphria has put pen to paper and has kept shareholders informed in regards to expansion plan.  Just go to Aphria's web site and you can see the layout of phase II, phase III and phase IV.  Phase II was recently approved by HC.  Phase III (an additional 200,000 square feet) will be completed by Ocotber 2017 and Phase IV (an addition of 700,000 sq. ft. ) will be completed by June 2018.  They also informed shareholders of the costs associated with each phase.

Aurora does not inform shareholders of their plans and remain totally vague.  Berta was right when she said they promised to complete their expansion by the fall of 2017.  They are now back tracking, but dont have a concrete timeline.  Can someone please tell me know the timeline for completing their expansion.  Aphria makes their timeline very clear, why can't Aurora do the same.  Is it too much to ask?

All I want to see is a timeline for the construction of Aurora's "world's largest marijuana operation" which is misleading initself because Aphria will be at 1 million square feet.  Oh I forgot...the largest "of its kind".  I think I will go in my back yard and buid me a green house which will be the largest in the world "of its kind".

Aurora has never put out a time line showing the different phases of their expansion and the costs associated with each phase.  If they have, then why is there so much confusion as to a timeline.

Aurora should put out a news release clarifying their time line and the costs associted with each phase to quell the controversy.
