xmg has backed off....

to get approval of latest fund raisings/pp.......imo. they still need approval to file. 90 cents x 20 % =1.08. I think it'll just hover in this area till approval......then rally. They've been dealing with these pp's/warrant's pricings for some time ,now.....since March?....let's get them filed, so we can move onwards, upwards.....
