the new directors are in a black out period with material inside information and thus are expressly forbidden from buying shares.

so you should retract the statement that the new directors are not interested in buying shares- you have no specific knowledge of such - because if you did you yourself could be implicated for insider trading- i.e if you were a son of  one of the new directors spouting on a tout board. As such I doubt you are a relative because you would know better to post such utter nonsense.

you should watch the interview with Alan Hibben on BNN before you start opining factually incorrect and potentially dangerous information that is false.

The fact that you don't know this speaks volumes about your ignorance of securities law- which is fair enough, not everyone is an expert- and not may on these  boards would waste their time cavorting with the riff raff other than the sheer comedy value of reading people who don't know what they are talking about.
