I have 2 thoughts...

1) Dilution - $44MM dollars is a lot of dollars...don't see a need for more $$ for awhile. Also, if they will earn $15MM+ in operating income annually at Barkerville, the incremental $$'s required for development become significantly smaller.

2) Buyout - I can sell you a button today for a $1.00 or a suit next month for $1000.00....OR....I can develop this property and mine the gold and make myself potentially the biggest frickin' gold producer in Canada and beyond!!  These fellows are all reasonably wealthy and at some point it becomes less about the $$'s and more about the empire and the legacy!!

Time will tell however the good thing is that time is now on our side!!
