RE:Fact - The ASC is investigating SJL for a reason

RE:Fact - The ASC is investigating SJL for a reason
mdjbrown:  Thanks for sharing that information with readers here.

I owned a large SJL holding at an average just over 4 cents and I sold during that recent price run. I held those shares for many months so I took the opportunity for a nice profit because I thought the price ran too far and too fast for the information released by the company so selling was a good idea.   My decision proved to be the right one although I was lucky to get out when I did before the ASC got involved and before the price collapsed.

The SJL story over the past several weeks has been very strange although I have seen many other strange thing on these boards:
- The NRs about Panasonic which proved to be misleading.
- the price run up to 37 cents with huge volumes and then a quick crash back to 6 cents.
- the CEO's explanation for the misunderstanding by investors was also strange
- now a PP while SJL is under investigation by the OSC is even more puzzling.

I can't understand how some posters on this board can be so confident that it will be business as usual and SJL will make them rich.  The OSC could bring some serious consequences that could affect SJL's future seriously.  I am shocked that Ogilvie would be involved in such a mess.  I thought he was smarter than that and his involvement is the reason I bought SJL in the first place.

I prefer to wait for the ASC's final decision before I would consider buying more SJL shares again.
