Don't know much about Canacord, but if they start to own a big chucks of these startup marijuana companies their international presence will surely be a benefit. Financing is tough in these industry's but if there deal goes through with lds they should own a big chunk of a potentially explosive company with regards to revenue.

also cf.to has more cash then their mkt cap so no brainer.
