Perhaps they are pleased with the efficacy and lack of toxicity and that is why they believe it is going well. These are cancer patients. I didn't think it was going to be 28 days on the drug, do some tests and move onto next cohort. This is taking longer than I anticipated. Maybe cohort 4 turns out to be the MTD. Who knows.
