lost revenues went to Guardians Matinee the oher day(great D box experience) and purchased D box as usual - theatre quite empty as it was a matinee about 10 d box seats pre sold - It is my understanding if ticket is purchased as Dbox then seat purchased and only that seat is activated- however a while after film started some patrons jumped from regular seats to remaining d box seats - which were indeed working - so there could be a revenue issue here - if ticket not issued as Dbox then expect no revenue to D box is that correct, ?if people discover they do have to pay premium -why would they - as a paying client I woudl be annoyed others get the same experience free - - and of course not increasing revenue for the company.
