RE:RE:Why going Down?

RE:RE:Why going Down? This used to be a 30+ dollar stock in 2014. This company has no exposure to a mortgage lending company or a big bank. It's tied to the equity markets and it's performance of it's funds mamnagement in the stock market. The truth is despite more AUM today than in 2014 peak performance fees have dropped in 1/2 and more. So not withstanding the results of arbitration the operations side isn't performing. Either they are being too conservative or they've been betting the wrong way in a rising equity market. No doubt the arbitration is an overhang, should they lose there is no 'appeal' process and 185 million dollar judgment, well, I don't even want to think about where the share price could go. Market cap is 460 million currently and they would have to raise debt/equity or get loans to pay off the **cough cough* gentlemen *cough cough* who's name this firm still holds.
