lechon, I don't recall management ever promising other than when they're being interviewed(pressured) and asked that question. I don't think a RE was a priority and even if they wanted to do one they keep making new discoveries an it gets pushed out.
 
As of stated before I think the retail investor is hung up on a RE but to those that really matter I think they like seeing this getting bigger and bigger.
 
As for insiders D.W. owns quite a large number of shares and the others would love to see the large number of options they own really pay out large.
 
Anyway I think news out shortly...hopefully great results and another new discovery.
