It appears this might be breaking out, but I think it's just market makers playing games.   Only 7k shares traded today, and it's shooting up????     I don't believe this is ready to break out yet.  However, I like this company.   I love the share structure.   I nibbled just a little a few weeks ago.   This should head back down again next week....we shall see if I'm right.
