RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Deal closes Q2 2018. 30-32 range till then. I feel like the idea that most projects are coming to fruition has been occuring for the past 1-2 years. The issue I find, is that when these operations are fully complete, a new operation is purchased. I don't think ALA can do a any bigger purchases than this one coming up, but the hold period is pretty steep. I bought some shares yesterday for the DIV and got lucky with this rebound. Sell at 32, and rinse repeat I guess. Don't get me wrong, I held ALA for a year and saw it go from 35 to 29. The div ended up canceling the loss from buying at 35 but man was it painful to have money sit there for a year...
Anyway, I don't mean to bash ALA. I just want to provide the perspective of someone who can't sit for a long period of time not making decent returns. I WISH people would find value in ALA, but aquisition after aquisition and financing after financing have kept this at its current price.
I agree with management being a great team. Hopefully they can eventually appreciate the shares rather than aquire more and more companies.
