RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Hemplify Stores

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Hemplify StoresYeah, I read it as there are certain sales milestones to be met along the way of that $3M target, and if they do not hit those milestones (as in there is probably a bare minimum milestone to hit), then they do not get ANY performance shares. If they hit the minimum milestone, then it goes from there as to how many shares exactly they can earn, depending upon how many of those sales milestones are hit along the way up to their ultimate milestone of $3M in sales in order to get the full 400,000 performance shares.

I read that as: "There is a minimum to reach for them to be eligible for shares payout... and then they could earn up to 400,000 shares if they attain the $3 mils target." I could be wrong too, but that's the way I understand it...

It's a hit or miss.

Clarification on that: there are several levels of compensation up to the 400,000 shares. They could still get paid with a certain amount of shares even if they don't reach $3 mils in annualized sales. For example, they could get something like 150,000 or 200,000 shares if they have $1.5 million in annualized sales.
All the details were not disclosed, but here's what the NR says:
"Critical Mass is eligible to earn up to 400,000 performance shares if they achieve certain revenue milestones with all 400,000 performance shares being earned if Critical Mass generates $3 million in annualized sales of Hemplify. If Critical Mass does not hit its sales milestones, no performance shares will be issued."
Either way, CMG has a good incentive to reach that $3 mils sales target. I'd love to be holding 400,000 TNY right now.
Let's be patient and see what unfolds in the next few months. We have to remember that the company only started selling products 8 months ago. It is still a start-up, but Oh, What a start-up! Humongous potential!!! My only regret right now is not having available cash to buy more TNY shares.

Does anyone think CRITICAL MASS have been twiddling their thumbs for the last 2 months? I think not. Something is brewing.
