I have listened 5 times and yes hard to hear clearly but it does soung like,

de Jong starts off by saying he can't say very much because the "inputs" is still a few weeks away.

I am thinking inputs, does this mean this is the first offer and like an auction,, there may be more, "Inputs / bids" still a few weeks away?
