This analyst seems to be in the pockets of "shorters." We have to take into account both sides of the spectrum here.
This isn't anything new and it isn't considered to be ethical but it is legal unless they go to far.
Insiders are buying in significant volume, IMHO that is a good indicator of things to come.
Whatever, the volatility offers some very good returns for the investor with some patience.
Will this stock hit US$17 as predicted by some. Maybe but I'm willing to bet not with significant volumes. I can see it pulling back to the mid 15 range shortly after. The company isn't making any acquisitions and it generates a lot of cash. It has been spending some of that cash over the last year upgrading their vehicles and facilities which none of the analysts seem to be aware of. Maybe because it's the nature of the beast???
