I think it's obvious ALP's shareprice has been manipulated for years and if you know ALP's history it isn't too hard to guess by whom.  In fact, I think the games people have played with the shareprice is precisely the reason Don has preferred to finance through smaller private placements rather than a larger financing with one of the investment houses.  Better the devil you know.
