Presuming it is not an iceberg and we can get through it then yeah maybe 64 cents is a breakout but you cant see that from the charts. In my view charts are meaningless on thinly traded stocks.  There is an old saying volume precedes price. When we start trading upwards of a million shares a day then we shall see a significant breakout. One in which one can liquidate is one chooses.
