With all due respect patsrep as an ITAFOS shareholder I believe they paid way too much - Stonegate is all but worthless. The carrying value of the assests has signficantly declined provided current market conditions.

Not to mention that without pressistent private placements of which ITAFOS has to participate to allow management salaries to be paid stonegate would file for bankruptcy and be liquidated for a fraction of the current market cap.

Your lucky Itafos decided to finally rid them selves of the money pit that is Stonegate.
