The problem is he just didn't utter it this time around. It was part of the press release which means it was a very well thought out statement. Every word is scrutinized by management before these things are approved and released. "Soon" means something this time. To me it means in the next few weeks. To you it might mean tomorrow. To management it could could mean before next release. Regardless, the mou conversions are coming. The question is are you patient enough to wait for them? I am... For now.

I believe we will all be rewarded for waiting. I don't think it we will see exponential growth prior to year end, but we will see one more push toward $2 to $2.50 through the summer and stabilize around that level until ALL ducks are in order. The market will not price in optimistic future expectations at this point. That train has left the station.
