deals with bogus firms that don't exist;
newsreleases filled with lies
$20k in the bank, not enough to by a Honda Civic, let alone produce a movie;
$600k of debt;
overhang of cheap paper and warrants;
a need to large future raises;
opps and I almost forgot homeless chad's involvement.
these are all very real reasons to short this stock until IT goes to zero.
Are there any reasons to actually like this stock? I can't think of a single one
