RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Flooding in OkanaganHey CoreyB, look back, I said "they" are ringing alarms about unrelated spring flooding" does the shoe fit? You reacted and asked me to guess the cause of the flooding and I answered you and them.
CoreyB wrote: I never claimed anything was altered, you tools were the ones singing the 100 year snow song all spring, crying that mother nature was to blame for the company's doldrums. Please quote where I said the mine is under water. Please quote where I said that APL's facility was under water. Everyone talking about flooding in the areas and Sly said neither place was anywhere near the flood zones, I merely corrected him by showing that the flood zones are UPSTREAM of our 2 towns in question. He misquoted himself and I pointed it out, after he said I had a problem with reading comprehension. So go back to munching on your blue twatwaffle.

The flooding is at lower elevations ie river banks/ flood plains. The mine and the road is at the drier mid elevations and the snow was off of there weeks ago. Any remaining snow is in the highest elevations away from the mine and roads and is rapidly melting due to the inrush of warm weather. This has no effect on CNZ as the mine or roads do not have any detrimental watercourses running through them from higher elevations. So panic all you like. The sky is not falling. Shipping will start soon. Fulfillment of the 2017 corporate plan is well underway.
