International Private Rights Code

International Private Rights CodeFrom the May 11th MSX news release:

"The court declares the parties will be subjected to Article 76 of the Code of Civil Procedures of Chile and to Articles 391 and 392 of the International Private Rights Code."

Any idea what these "391 and 392 International Private Rights Code articles" are all about MT?

I find it mildly amusing that since MSX has been delisted and is seemingly immune to disciplinary action from the BCSC (at least as it appears on the surface), they went and gave the BCSC the old raspberry with this statement in that same news release:

"The recent rulings by the Supreme Court of Chile demonstrate 100% that Barrick, the TSX, Silver Wheaton, IIROC and the BCSC have covered up the illegal financial market activities of Barrick and Silver Wheaton to the detriment of Mountainstar, its shareholders and its partner."

I'm sure that Romulo, Roy, and the rest of the gang just love that misleading, unproven, and forward-looking statement. Sounds like Brent is being a little premature in his assumption of what the courts have demonstrated. Didn't the BCSC assist MSX once or twice in the past in cleaning up their news releases containing that sort of opinionated speculation?

Gosh, come to think of it, I wonder if Barrick, the TSX, etc. consider that last statement to be libelous? Hah!...interesting possibilities! Fun stuff.
