RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:must be closethat is pretty much boilerplate text for any public company in their filings.
A low float is only an issue for a small # of funds/pensions, the <$1 share price and trading on the TSX-V is the real problem. Now one of them has been solved and the second will be soon. If a low public share float was a problem, you'd never have big funds/pensions invest in private companies as there is no public float for them (that is, until they go public).
I think we are going to enjoy things going forward from here. I believe the good news (sales contracts, etc.) starts flowing soon - why release good PR until you could have the bigger buyers able to buy the stock.
