Wouldn't you say that's dependent on the perceived importance of the merger/acquisition? For example, when Canopy bought Mettrum they went up, and I had assumed that was because they bought out another industry leader . . . . ? I follow your logic if they just bought out another company to expand further, but what if it was a merger with someone like OGI or APH . . . ?
