Called company... 
Halt was there to protect shareholders.... Not punish them. The company didn't file on time so this is pretty standard for them to look into why. In the end probably a good thing now the exchange was double checking what has been going on in background. Only my opinion 

Big shareholder.... Not happy with what has transpired lately but the fact is they have a deal and line of credit to back it up. Only a fool can f this up now. And there is always a change that fool will present himself once again but this little halt may have knocked some sense into the management team. 

IN the end.. Have to try and find positives from negatives. This I hope is the case and Spk will come from these lows and reward long term shareholders with news of jv partners on there world class Tunisian concession.
