Metrolinx and Bombardier

Here in Montreal the city orders more Azur trains from Bombarier-yes- we had some obstacles too but we ironed them out-how come Metrolinx can't do the same-
instead they appeal a decision form the court-seems they have a chip on their shoulders-
wait when the problems occur with Alstrom what will they do then ?????
By the way the Azur trains are aweome.
