North Shore Uranium Ltd. is a Canada-based company, which is engaged in the exploration for uranium deposits at the eastern margin of Saskatchewan’s Athabasca Basin. The Company conducts its exploration programs on its two properties, the Falcon Property and the West Bear Property. The Falcon Property is located approximately 35-kilometer (km) east of the former Key Lake Mine and the active Key Lake uranium mill which processes ore from the McCarthur River Mine. The West Bear property consists of five mineral claims totaling 4,511 hectares located at the eastern edge of the Athabasca Basin which hosts two producing uranium mines.

I'd say it's other way around. Pending news and updates that were promised to be out at the end of May, beginning of June are lifting the sp in anticipation. Hope the company will have something to present. Also, in the second week of June it is supposed to be a dividend announcement. Even the castrated one is still something. And you're right, it cost us a lot. Just wonder how Cliff will retire, with +$300K in retirement pay (plus all the bonuses that will bring it close to $2M) How about his $14M in the case of the change of control. Voluntarily forfeited? He said he'd stay as a Board member for 2 month. $12M was an amount paid as a quarterly dividend before the cut.
